Even though my watch arrived a tad late, the support team was super helpful with my inquiries and order. For me, that's the key thing when buying online. The watch I got matched the description perfectly.

I just picked up a Diesel watch from Watches of America, and I gotta say:

I got a broken Diesel Watch and reached out right away. They told me to send it back, but I had to cover the $24 shipping myself, and they won’t refund that. I sent it back and gave them the tracking info, but it took a whole week for them to get back to me after they received it. I made sure to ship it back in its original box, but I put that box inside another one for extra safety. Now they’re giving me the runaround, asking why it’s not in its original packaging. I told them it is, and if they just open the box, they’ll see. It’s been three weeks now with no updates and no watch. They keep ignoring me, and I’m really fed up. The only way to reach them is through WhatsApp—no phone number available. There’s an email, but nobody replies.

Not doing this again. Their customer service is terrible and the response time is slow. I received a watch for Christmas that broke apart... I sent it back within 30 days, and they keep bombarding me with silly questions because they’re too afraid to open the box I returned, which has the original packaging inside. There’s no contact number, just an email. What sort of business operates like this? NOT DOING THIS AGAIN.

I totally back Watches of America due to their shipping method. This matters a lot to me; I can't stand waiting around for weeks to get my stuff. But I got mine in just 5 days after I ordered from them.

I got myself and my dad two watches, a Diesel Big Daddy and a Hugo Boss. We really dig 'em! I wasn't expecting much when I ordered, but I gotta say, I'm quite impressed. The delivery was super quick, just 3 days, and the watches look fantastic. Plus, I snagged them with a 25% discount!

The fact that they carry all my favorite Diesel timepieces is more than enough for me to rate them 5 stars. They do tend to sell out fast, but no worries, they’re always restocking. Every couple of months, I’ve snagged a different Mr. Daddy watch from them and haven’t run into any problems whatsoever. Shipping is speedy, customer support is solid, and the prices are just great. Keep it going!

Watches Of America truly deserves a five-star rating. Their customer service is top-notch, and the watches are fantastic. I've been really happy with every item I've bought from them so far.

The site claims they do price matching. I shot them an email to see if they could give me a partial refund to match a lower price I found elsewhere, but nobody has responded. The watch showed up today and it’s got scratches on it. I’m writing this review because it looks like this is the only way to hear back from them.

I placed an order for three watches, and while two of them were just fine, the third one was a total dud. I reached out through email but got no reply at first. Eventually, I got in touch via WhatsApp. I told them that the crown and stem of the watch could be pulled out entirely, which meant it wouldn’t work since it wouldn’t click back in. Plus, who wants a stem that just pops out like that? Their initial reply suggested it might just be a dead battery (as if that could make the stem fall out). This was around October 25, 2022, and they said they’d look into it. I mentioned I’d be flying back to South Africa on November 2 and needed this sorted out quickly. After that, I didn’t hear back on WhatsApp, even after trying three more times. Then, out of the blue on November 1, I got an email from some guy named Eric at WOA. No formal signature or anything, just a message telling me to send the watch to some random home address in Katy, Texas, and they’d send a replacement and cover shipping with in-store credit. This was just one day before I was set to leave! Honestly, after that experience, I wouldn’t even want to use the in-store credit. Another thing that caught my eye was the invoice I got with the delivery, which showed I paid almost 50% less than what I actually did. They keep claiming they have warehouses in various places, but all three of my watches came from Dubai. So, it seems like they’re only operating out of there. I wouldn’t be surprised if they respond to this review a week later, saying they tried to help, but they clearly knew it wouldn’t work out. I even told Eric how disappointed I was, and still no reply.

On a brighter note, while I was waiting for WOA, I ordered a watch repair kit from Amazon and managed to fix the watch myself (which probably voids any so-called warranty they offer). I’m also waiting on a replacement movement to fully repair the watch.

I really want to express my gratitude to Watches of America for helping me pick out the perfect watch for my wife, who isn’t too choosy. The service was top-notch, and the quality of the watch we got is just fantastic. I’m already thinking about snagging one for myself on the next go-around.

I just got my hands on the all-gold Diesel watch and I’m totally in love with it. It's a stunning piece, even more beautiful in person. It fits my wrist like a dream and feels super light.

The delivery was super fast; they shipped it out the next day, and I had it in my hands within four days.

My expectations were definitely met. The item showed up in fantastic shape, and the service along with the delivery speed was top-notch.
